Shipping policy

Ewe Knit It currently uses Pass the Parcel for 90% of our shipping.  

Pass the Parcel, in our experience, is reliable and delivers your parcel to you as promptly as possible, without damage.

Rural delivery locations can take longer to arrive, a day or two.

If there has been a natural disaster in your region, your parcel may be delayed.  Keep an eye out on your tracking information.

All parcels are tracked.

Any locations that Pass the Parcel do not deliver to, we will use NZ Post.

We work to get parcels shipped off to our customers within 3 working days, however, if we are currently out of stock of a product you have chosen, we will notify you.
